Christmas time at Clarendon is a busy and festive celebration of the coming of Christ. Please join us! All are welcome.

Advent Activities

Advent is the time of waiting and preparation for Christmas. During the four Sundays of Advent, Clarendon will continue our regular worship services at 8:30 am and 11 am. On Christmas Eve, we will gather together for two worship services (5 pm and 11 pm). All are welcome!

Ring and Sing in the Holidays

Christmas Children's Musical

RADIO J-O-Y, performed by the children's choir, is a delightful Christmas musical retelling the nativity story through songs and stories of those who shared in the glorious event of Christ's birth. Radio studio "J-O-Y" sets the stage where a local children's choir and their pastor present the Christmas story while being interviewed by disc jockey celebrity, "Dee Jay." Free. Youth Group - Caroling, Cocoa, and Campfire!

Sunday, December 13th, 2009 :: 6-8 pm
After dinner at the church, the youth will canvas the neighborhood by singing Christmas Carols to neighbors, friends and seniors. They will return to the church for cocoa around a campfire. Christmas Prayer Walk

Experience the magic and splendor of Christmas with an indoor self-guided prayer walk as you follow the story of the birth of Jesus and the Good News of the season. Mission Projects

Look for the MISSION TREE in the Social Hall

The Christmas Cantata

Performance of the "Magnificat" by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi (1710-1736) will feature the Adult Choir, soprano, alto, tenor and bass soloists and a small string ensemble.

5:00 pm - Family Service for all ages
Become a part of the Christmas Story as the songs and scriptures bring the message of Good News to life. Children will participate in the service.
11:00 pm - Candlelight Service
Come and quietly reflect on the joy, the peace and love that the Birth of Jesus brings. This traditional service of music, scripture and a message of Good News will end with a Candlelight service anticipating the birth of our Savior.

Murky Men

Every Saturday morning at 7:30-9am
