Clarendon UMC distributed food at the Nelson Street AFAC center six times a year, and June 4 is our next date to help. This is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning in service and feel really good about it. Time is from 8:30 - 11:30. Address is 2708 S. Nelson St., Arlington, VA. Grab a copy of Alton Gansky's book "30 Events that Shaped the Church: Learning from Scandal, Intrigue, War and Revival" and join us for informal book group. This fascinating books follows the church's twisted path to where it is today. We will meet at the chuch in the Library at 4pm on Sunday, June 5th. A tradition continues at Clarendon. The Washington Summer Sings has moved to our church for two concerts in June. Mozart Requim will be conducted by Tom Beveridge on Tuesday, June 7th . This is a Sing-a-long with copies of the scores available for use. A $10 donation is suggested. Come sing or just sit and listen to this beautiful piece of music in our wonderful Sanctuary. The second sing-a-long will be on Tuesday, June 21 Brahms Requiem conducted by J.
